Tao Climate Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. Competition Details
1.1 The Tao Climate Competition (“Competition”) offers participants the chance to win one of five prizes, each consisting of 15 hours of free Offset Flights Hemp Carbon Credits.
1.2 The Competition is organized by Tao Climate (“Organiser”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
2.2 Employees of Tao Climate and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, participants must complete the following steps:
3.1 Complete the Tao Climate Climate Quiz here: https://forms.gle/2qNDhXLNri1bNBpa8
3.2 Subscribe to “The Way” newsletter by providing a valid email address.
3.3 Follow, Like, or Share Tao Climate on at least one of the following social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook.
3.4 When steps 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 are completed, email hello@taoclimate.com with email subject line: I want to fly carbon neutral
4. Competition Period
The Competition opens on October 19, 2023 and closes on January 19, 2024 (“Competition Period”).
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The five prize winners will be selected at random times from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. All qualifying entries are valid for every prizewinner selection, but only one prize may be won per entrant.
5.2 The draws will take place across the Competition Period, with the final draw on January 20, 2024.
5.3 The winners will be notified via email. It is the responsibility of the participants to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
6. Prize
6.1 The prize consists of 15 hours of Offset Flights Hemp Carbon Credits, which will be redeemed through Tao Climate. A Registry Certificate will be provided, as well as assets for use on social media.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
7. Publicity
7.1 By participating in the Competition, participants agree to allow Tao Climate to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition, without additional compensation.
8. Data Privacy
8.1 By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with Tao Climate’s Privacy Policy.
9. General Terms
9.1 Participants agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth in these terms and conditions.
9.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules or tamper with the Competition process.
9.3 The Organiser’s decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final.
9.4 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition in whole or in part at any time.
